Blue Print : Building :: Architecture : Launch
Conduit development projects begin with a detailed fact-finding process.
After we understand your vision, we put it to paper. This vital step yields
the functional specification, a screen-by-screen guide to the project's functionality.
This skeleton of the site defines the application processes, flows, and user experience.
After the functional spec has been agreed
upon, we proceed with the technical specification. This document details the technical underpinnings
behind the functionality. The technical specification documents any needed third-party
licenses, development languages, and infrastructure.
Concurrently, Conduit designers are hard at
work creating any needed interface design. A short intergration step marries
the two, and voila! Your application moves to beta testing and release.
At Conduit, each development project is
guided by an in-house project manager. It is his/her job to keep your project on
track, on budget, and serve as the on-call point of contact should you have any
questions or concerns.
